Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by lining a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat.
  3. Add 10 ounces of marshmallows and stir until smooth and creamy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal, 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup of key lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of key lime zest.
  5. Transfer the mixture into your prepared pan and press it firmly down into the corners and sides.
  6. If using, melt ½ cup of white chocolate and drizzle over the pressed Rice Krispie mixture.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
