Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, garlic, and other ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir for 5–7 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat to cool.
  2. Cook the Chicken by dicing chicken breasts and frying in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool slightly.
  3. Toss Chicken with Sauce by mixing cooled chicken with honey garlic sauce and buffalo sauce in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Base by adding chopped romaine to a large bowl and drizzling with ranch dressing. Toss to coat.
  5. Assemble the Salad by layering the dressed romaine, red onions, red bell peppers, cucumbers, and cheese on a serving plate.
  6. Top with Chicken Mixture, spooning the honey hot chicken on top of the veggies and serve immediately.
