Preparation Steps
- Roast or boil sweet potatoes until tender (30–40 minutes). Cool, peel, and mash until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes with brown sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter, eggs, and spices using an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the pie crust in a pie dish.
- Pour the filling into the crust, ensuring even distribution and tapping to release air bubbles.
