Preparation Steps

  2. In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes with brown sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter, eggs, and spices using an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the pie crust in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the filling into the crust, ensuring even distribution and tapping to release air bubbles.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60–70 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes before serving.
