  3. Combine sautéed vegetables with vegetable broth, cheddar, mozzarella, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
