  • 1 cup Cold Water Substitute with thawed frozen strawberries if needed.
For Creaminess
  • 4 cups Whole Milk Can swap for almond or oat milk.
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Adjust according to sweetness of strawberries.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Hull 2 pounds of ripe strawberries and place them in a blender with 1 cup of cold water. Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  2. Strain the blended mixture using a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl or pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the strained strawberry liquid with 4 cups of whole milk and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher and mix well until blended.
  5. Optionally, chop 0.5 pound of hulled strawberries and stir into the pitcher for added texture.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve the chilled Strawberry Agua Fresca in tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
