Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, and plain Greek yogurt. Add in heavy cream, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Carefully transfer the smooth dip to a serving bowl, scraping down the sides of the processor to include all ingredients.
  3. Gently fold in chopped unsalted pistachios and pomegranate seeds, reserving some for garnish.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Before serving, garnish with reserved pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh herbs.
