- In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons gochujang, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger. Mix until smooth.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add 1 pound of thinly sliced Korean BBQ beef and sauté for 5–7 minutes.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the beef, stirring to coat evenly and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- In shallow bowls, place about ½ cup of warm cooked rice, top with caramelized beef.
- Garnish with sliced cucumbers, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds, and add kimchi on the side.
