Filling

  • 1 cup Pepperoni Or sautéed vegetables/cooked sausage as alternatives.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Use sparingly.
Cooking
  • 1 spray Olive Oil Spray Prevents sticking during frying.
Dipping
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Or ranch/garlic butter for dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Allow the pizza dough to rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Roll the dough out on a floured surface until 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Slice the rolled-out dough into even squares, approximately 3 cm.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough square.
  5. Crimp the edges tightly to seal the rolls.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about 5 minutes.
  7. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  8. Arrange the filled rolls in a single layer without touching.
  9. Air fry the rolls for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  10. Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce.
