Preparation
- Allow the pizza dough to rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface until 1/8 inch thick.
- Slice the rolled-out dough into even squares, approximately 3 cm.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough square.
- Crimp the edges tightly to seal the rolls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Arrange the filled rolls in a single layer without touching.
- Air fry the rolls for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce.
