- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with honey BBQ sauce.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Transfer chicken mixture to grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes until heated and caramelized.
- Let the grilled chicken cool on a plate for about 3 minutes.
- Lay tortillas flat, layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and chicken mixture.
- Top with avocado slices if using.
- Fold in sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Enjoy immediately or wrap in foil for later.
