  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Soft and pliable
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped For crunch
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Pepper Jack) Choose your favorite
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion, Thinly Sliced Adjust based on taste preference
Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Optional Add-Ons
  • 1 medium Avocado Slices Add as desired for extra richness

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with honey BBQ sauce.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer chicken mixture to grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes until heated and caramelized.
  4. Let the grilled chicken cool on a plate for about 3 minutes.
  5. Lay tortillas flat, layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and chicken mixture.
  6. Top with avocado slices if using.
  7. Fold in sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom.
  8. Enjoy immediately or wrap in foil for later.
