Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Clean the grates with a grill brush.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the wild-caught shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Toss to coat and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Place the asparagus on the grill grates and grill for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp with char marks.
  4. Grill the marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese over medium heat. Stir for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Assemble your bowl by placing grilled asparagus and shrimp in a bowl, then drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
