Baking Instructions

  3. Sift the flour directly over the mixture and fold gently to create a smooth batter.
  4. Using a piping bag or a spoon, form mounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  5. Let the shaped cookies rest at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Preheat your oven to 140°C (284°F) and bake the cookies for about 15 minutes until set but not browned.
