Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine leftover mashed potatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended smoothly.
  3. Scoop out about 1 ounce of the potato mixture and roll it into a ball shape. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish and roll each potato ball in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  5. Lightly coat each potato ball with cooking spray and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry the potato balls for 10–12 minutes, gently shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Remove from the fryer and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm with dips for a delightful snack.
