  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Light Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the jumbo shrimp dry with a paper towel to ensure the coating adheres well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour (or cornstarch), salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat an egg in another bowl until smooth to help bind the flour to the shrimp.
  4. Dip each shrimp into the egg mixture, then transfer to the flour mixture for coating.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray and arrange coated shrimp in a single layer.
  6. Spray the shrimp with cooking spray, then cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. While shrimp are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha for the sauce.
  8. Transfer cooked shrimp to a large bowl, pour bang bang sauce over them, and toss gently.
