Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the beaten egg to the mixture and mix gently to incorporate.
  4. Scoop portions and roll them into golf ball-sized balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
