- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.

- Scoop portions and roll them into golf ball-sized balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush tops with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
