  • 4 tablespoons Coconut Oil can substitute with butter or shortening
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar avoid using granulated sugar
  • 15 cookies Oreos can experiment with flavored Oreos

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the white chocolate by combining the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20-30 seconds, stir, and repeat until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Add half of the Rice Chex to the melted white chocolate and gently fold until coated.
  3. Transfer the coated Chex into a ziploc bag with 2 cups of powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake until evenly coated.
  4. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips with the remaining coconut oil in the same bowl using the same melting method.
  5. Coat the remaining Rice Chex in the melted semisweet chocolate.
  6. Transfer the chocolate-coated Chex into another ziploc bag with the remaining powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
  7. Combine the batches of coated Rice Chex and lightly crushed Oreos in a large mixing bowl, toss gently to mix.
  8. Store your Cookies and Cream Puppy Chow in an airtight container for up to one week.
