- Add half of the Rice Chex to the melted white chocolate and gently fold until coated.
- Transfer the coated Chex into a ziploc bag with 2 cups of powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake until evenly coated.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate chips with the remaining coconut oil in the same bowl using the same melting method.
- Coat the remaining Rice Chex in the melted semisweet chocolate.
- Transfer the chocolate-coated Chex into another ziploc bag with the remaining powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
- Combine the batches of coated Rice Chex and lightly crushed Oreos in a large mixing bowl, toss gently to mix.
- Store your Cookies and Cream Puppy Chow in an airtight container for up to one week.
