Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of pitted cherries, ½ cup of sugar or monk fruit sweetener, and ½ cup of water. Cook over medium heat, gently pressing the cherries with a fork until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly, about 10 minutes. Strain the syrup into a container, discarding solids, and let it cool completely.
  2. Take a tall glass and fill it generously with ice. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of your cooled cherry syrup over the ice, letting it settle at the bottom. In a separate container, froth together ½ cup of vanilla almond milk and 2 tablespoons of vanilla almond creamer.
  3. Once your milk is frothed, slowly pour it over the cherry syrup and ice. Pour ½ cup of chilled cold brew coffee or 2 shots of espresso on top. Give it a gentle stir to merge the flavors.
  4. Your Cherry Vanilla Iced Latte is now ready to be enjoyed! Serve it immediately, optionally garnished with a fresh cherry.
