- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on your sugar cookie mix package—usually around 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, melted salted butter, egg, and pure vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture forms a cohesive dough.
- Divide the prepared dough into two portions, adding pastel green gel food color to one and pink to the other. Fold until vibrant swirls appear.
- Roll the colored dough portions into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
