Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of pink lemonade mix with 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on high speed for about 3–5 minutes until you see stiff peaks forming.
- In two tall glasses, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each. Pour in 3/4 cup of cold water into each glass, and stir well until the mix completely dissolves.
- Fill each glass with ice, stopping when they're approximately 2/3 full.
- Spoon the whipped pink lemonade mixture generously on top of the lemonade in each glass.
- Before serving, gently stir the whipped topping into the lemonade to create a delightful swirl effect.

Best enjoyed immediately for optimal texture and flavor; however, it can be prepared 1-2 hours in advance. Store whipped topping separately in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
