- Soak the raw cashews in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the dragon fruit by cutting it in half and scooping out ⅔ cup of flesh.
- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, plant milk, dragon fruit, white vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, chili powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
