  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh juice preferred
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 clove garlic pre-chopped saves time
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
For the Fresh Herbal Note
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Pink Sauce Ranch Dressing
  1. Soak the raw cashews in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the dragon fruit by cutting it in half and scooping out ⅔ cup of flesh.
  3. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, plant milk, dragon fruit, white vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, chili powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add freshly chopped dill, chives, and parsley, and pulse a few times to mix.
  5. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as desired, blending again if needed.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
