Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, combine thawed hash brown potatoes, crumbled bacon, ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and 2% milk until fully blended.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional minute.
