Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the octopus overnight in the refrigerator if frozen. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the octopus for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, salt, and juice of lemon or lime. Coat the octopus with the marinade and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high (about 450°F or 232°C).
  4. Grill the marinated octopus tentacles for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Let the grilled octopus rest for a couple of minutes, then serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
