Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Melt butter or oil and sauté sliced peppers and onion for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook shaved ribeye or sirloin on high heat, searing for 1-2 minutes before flipping. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle sauce over the beef and stir to coat. Cook briefly for about 1 minute.
  5. Top beef with sautéed veggies, provolone, and smoked Gouda. Cover to melt the cheese for about 30 seconds.
