Ingredients
  

For the Coleslaw
  • 1 head Green Cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 cup Pineapple Tidbits fresh or canned in juice
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt creamy, tangy alternative to mayo
  • 2 tablespoons Honey adjust for sweetness preference
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice fresh
  • 1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts or substitute with favorite nuts
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Finely shred the green cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the pineapple tidbits to the cabbage.
  3. Scoop in the Greek yogurt, drizzle honey, and pour in the fresh lime juice.
  4. Gently toss all ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then toss again to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve in a bowl garnished with chopped macadamia nuts.
