- Finely shred the green cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the pineapple tidbits to the cabbage.
- Scoop in the Greek yogurt, drizzle honey, and pour in the fresh lime juice.
- Gently toss all ingredients until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss again to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl garnished with chopped macadamia nuts.
