Preparation

- Set up your breading station with breadcrumbs and Parmesan in one bowl and whisked eggs or non-dairy milk in another.
- Coat each frozen ravioli in the egg mixture, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
- For air frying, spray the basket with cooking spray, arrange ravioli in a single layer, spray tops, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- For baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange ravioli, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove golden-brown ravioli from the air fryer or oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve with marinara sauce.
