  • 12 pieces Frozen Ravioli Substitute fresh ravioli and adjust cooking time.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crispiness.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Optional for flavor enhancement.
  • 2 large Eggs Substitute with non-dairy milk for vegan prep.
For Cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Spray Or use olive oil.
For Dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up your breading station with breadcrumbs and Parmesan in one bowl and whisked eggs or non-dairy milk in another.
  3. Coat each frozen ravioli in the egg mixture, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
  4. For air frying, spray the basket with cooking spray, arrange ravioli in a single layer, spray tops, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  5. For baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange ravioli, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Remove golden-brown ravioli from the air fryer or oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve with marinara sauce.
