Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and chopping your vegetables into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add the shrimp to the hot oil in the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of sesame oil if needed and toss in the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Next, add your bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, stirring frequently and cooking for about 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables, pour in your teriyaki sauce, and heat for 2-3 minutes.
