- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the brownie mix with water, oil, and eggs according to package instructions. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Rinse the strawberries under cold water and hull them. Pat dry to prevent excess moisture.
- Assemble skewers by threading a brownie piece, followed by a strawberry, and then a marshmallow. Repeat the pattern until the skewer is filled.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip the top half of the assembled kabobs into the melted chocolate or drizzle it over them. Place on parchment to catch excess chocolate.
- Refrigerate kabobs for 10-15 minutes to allow chocolate to set. Serve on a platter or in jars.
