  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Heat for 10-20 seconds and stir well.
  3. Carefully take out the hot oven tray and lay the flatbread on it. Pre-bake for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the flatbread, then add mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni, jalapeños, and olives.
  5. Bake the topped flatbread for 8-10 minutes until edges are charred and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Drizzle the warm honey mixture over the freshly baked pizza.
  7. Let the pizza rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
