  • 1/2 cup Plant-Based Milk Any non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup Ground Oats Gluten-free oats preferred
  • 1/2 cup Sugar of Choice Coconut sugar or keto sweetener recommended
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder Dutch-process cocoa ideal
  • 1/4 cup Ground Hemp Seeds Can substitute with nut flours
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Optional
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9x6-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine sweet potatoes, bananas, and plant-based milk; blend until smooth.
  3. Add ground oats, sugar of choice, cocoa powder, ground hemp seeds, and baking powder; pulse until a sticky batter forms.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes before lifting them out and cutting into bars.
