Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Ribs by removing the membrane, applying olive oil, and seasoning with spice rub.
  2. Cook the Ribs in the Oven at 300°F (150°C) wrapped in aluminum foil for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  3. Cook the Ribs in the Smoker at 225°F (107°C) for 5–6 hours, spritzing with apple juice every hour.
  4. Make the Honey Jalapeño Glaze by simmering all glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Glaze the Ribs before broiling for 3-5 minutes until the glaze caramelizes.
  6. Rest the ribs for 5 minutes before serving, slicing between the bones.
