  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Adjust to preference
For Frying and Drizzling
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil Heated to 350°F
  • 1/2 cup Hot Honey Homemade or store-bought
  • Parsley Optional garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge shrimp in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F.
  5. Fry shrimp in small batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Coat fried shrimp with hot honey and garnish with parsley if desired.
