  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to evenly distribute.
  3. Take each chicken tender and firmly press it into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is completely covered.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer inside the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  5. At the 5-minute mark, carefully flip each tender using tongs to ensure even browning.
  6. While the chicken cooks, melt the butter in a small bowl. Whisk in the honey and minced garlic until well combined.
  7. After the initial cooking time, remove the chicken tenders and brush with the honey garlic mixture, then return to the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Once finished, serve hot with your favorite sides.
