- Prepare the Bread: Lay two slices of bread on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of sun-dried tomato pesto on one side of each slice.
- Assemble the Sandwich: On the pesto side of one slice, place a slice of mozzarella cheese. Cover with the other slice, pesto side down.
