- Combine thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix well and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger.
- Cook egg or rice noodles as per package instructions until al dente, then drain and toss with oil.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
