Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  4. Combine the brown butter with light brown sugar in a large bowl, then stir in eggs, vanilla, and orange zest.
  5. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture, then add dried cranberries and white chocolate.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18-22 minutes, until edges are golden.
  7. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and orange juice to make frosting.
  8. Once cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting over the bars evenly.
  9. Decorate with additional chopped cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  10. Chill for 30 minutes, then slice into squares to serve.
