- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the brown butter with light brown sugar in a large bowl, then stir in eggs, vanilla, and orange zest.
- Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture, then add dried cranberries and white chocolate.
