Ingredients

For the Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Adds deep chocolate flavor; using high-quality cocoa will enhance richness.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar Provides sweetness to balance the cocoa's bitterness; substituting with brown sugar adds a hint of caramel.
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour Forms the base structure of your brownies; for gluten sensitivity, replace with a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend.
  • 2 large eggs Binds ingredients together, providing moisture and stability; use room temperature eggs for the best mix.
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil Keeps your brownies moist; for extra richness, melted butter works wonders!
  • a pinch salt Enhances all flavors; just a small pinch will do.
For the Mint Cloud Topping
  • 1 cup heavy cream Delivers a rich and fluffy texture for the topping; coconut cream is a fantastic dairy-free alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract Infuses a refreshing mint flavor into the topping; feel free to adjust the amount to your taste preference.
Optional Garnishes
  • sprinkles or mint leaves Perfect for decoration; add a pop of color and festive flair!
