Prepare and Assemble
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in an 8x8 pan for approximately 20-25 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk according to package directions. Stir in green food coloring if desired. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Crush the mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin to create fine crumbs.
- Cut cooled brownies into small squares and layer them in a large trifle bowl with the pudding mixture and Cool Whip, finishing with a layer of crushed Oreos on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
