Ingredients
  

For the Brownies
  • 1 box Brownie Mix For an 8x8 pan size
For the Pudding
  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix Can substitute with pistachio pudding
  • A few drops Green Food Coloring Optional if using pistachio pudding
For the Topping
  • 1 container Cool Whip Can use homemade whipped cream
  • 1 pack Mint Oreos Crushed for topping

Method
 

Prepare and Assemble
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in an 8x8 pan for approximately 20-25 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk according to package directions. Stir in green food coloring if desired. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Crush the mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin to create fine crumbs.
  4. Cut cooled brownies into small squares and layer them in a large trifle bowl with the pudding mixture and Cool Whip, finishing with a layer of crushed Oreos on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
