  • 1 bunch Radishes Look for firm, unblemished radishes.
  • 1 handful Parsley Fresh, chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil.

  • to taste Black Pepper
For Serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse and scrub the radishes, then trim and finely cube them.
