Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Spinach Dip by combining the thawed spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  2. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry into a large triangle and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread an even layer of spinach dip over it.
  3. Roll out the second puff pastry sheet into a triangle, place it over the dip, and gently press the edges to seal.
  4. Cut slits on both sides of the triangle to create branches, leaving the center intact for stability.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over the baked pastry. Serve warm.
