  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce use low-sodium for healthier version
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil or olive oil
For the Veggies
  • 3 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets or snow peas or bok choy
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms shiitake or button, sliced
For Serving
  • 4 cups Steamed White Rice or brown rice or cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or avocado oil

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by washing and chopping all your ingredients for the Spicy Ground Beef Stir-Fry Bowl.
  2. Dice the red bell pepper, slice the zucchini, and chop the broccoli into florets.
  3. Mince the garlic and measure your ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, and sesame oil.
Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, then mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes.
  3. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms, then toss in broccoli and zucchini, stir-frying for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Assemble your bowls by placing rice in each bowl, topping with beef and garlic veggies.
Serving Instructions
