Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add your noodles of choice and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes. Aim for slightly undercooked noodles since they will continue to cook when combined with the other ingredients. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium heat. Wait until the oil shimmers, indicating it's hot enough for cooking.
  3. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet, stirring continuously for about 30 seconds until fragrant and lightly golden.
  4. Introduce 1 pound of sliced chicken breast into the skillet. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked completely.
  5. Toss in 2 cups of broccoli florets and stir-fry alongside the chicken for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili paste, stirring well until evenly coated.
  7. Add your cooked noodles back into the skillet, gently tossing everything together.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed, then serve hot in bowls.
