  • 2-3 bags Black Tea Bags or decaffeinated for caffeine-free version

  • 2 tablespoons Dried Lavender fresh lavender can also be used
For Sweetness (Optional)
  • to taste Sugar or Honey feel free to omit for unsweetened tea

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Lavender Iced Tea
  1. Begin by boiling 4 cups of water in a kettle over high heat.
  2. In a serving pitcher, place 2–3 black tea bags, then pour the boiling water over them. Allow the tea bags to steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. After steeping, introduce 2 tablespoons of dried lavender and your choice of sweetener to the pitcher. Stir gently to dissolve.
  4. Once the lavender infusion is complete, carefully remove the tea bags and strain out the lavender using a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Fill the pitcher with additional cold water until it reaches a half-gallon mark, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
