  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, beating until well combined.

  6. Stir in rolled oats until evenly distributed.
  7. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Fold in raspberries carefully without breaking them.
  9. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until centers are set and slightly puffed.
  11. Cool on wire racks for 5 minutes before transferring to cool completely.
