  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or any melty cheese
  • 4 strips Cooked Bacon crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Topping
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing warmed, or substitute with Greek yogurt

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, finely chopped onion, and diced jalapeños.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Fold in the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  6. Place the meatloaf into the preheated oven and bake for 45–50 minutes.
  7. Once done, let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the meatloaf and drizzle warmed ranch dressing over each slice before serving.
