Step-by-Step Instructions for Crockpot Chicken Tacos
- Start by preparing your 6 or 7-quart crockpot. Lightly spray the interior with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the bottom of the crockpot. Evenly sprinkle your taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour the can of Rotel on top, followed by squeezing the juice of one fresh lime over everything.
- Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- Once cooked, carefully drain excess liquid from the crockpot. Using two forks, shred the chicken right in the pot.
- Warm up your tortillas while the chicken rests. Fill each tortilla with the shredded chicken and top with your favorite ingredients.
