Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry gently with paper towels and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Evenly apply half of the sweet soy glaze over the salmon fillets using a brush.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 8 minutes until it starts to glisten and becomes opaque.
  6. Remove from oven and brush the remaining glaze over the salmon for additional flavor.
  7. Return the salmon to bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily.
  8. Let the salmon rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve on a bed of rice or with vegetables for a complete meal.
