- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems, setting them aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped mushroom stems and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Mix in the cooked shrimp and crab meat.
- Lower the heat, add the cream cheese, and stir well. Fold in the Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the seafood filling and arrange on a baking sheet. Optionally sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
