Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems, setting them aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped mushroom stems and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Mix in the cooked shrimp and crab meat.
  4. Lower the heat, add the cream cheese, and stir well. Fold in the Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the seafood filling and arrange on a baking sheet. Optionally sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
