  • 1 cup Dry Breadcrumbs Crushed crackers or flavored crumbs can be used.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the long grain and wild rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed crabmeat, cooked shrimp, diced celery, chopped onion, green pepper, canned mushroom stems, and diced pimientos.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the seafood mixture and fold gently until combined.
  5. Pour the combined mixture into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle dry breadcrumbs over the top and bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the casserole cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
