  • 1 tablespoon Oil Olive oil works wonderfully.
  • Salt & Pepper To taste
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Butter Unsalted for sodium control.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, chopped Fresh thyme preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is ideal.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly, pat them dry, and toss them with oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned mushrooms on the baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  4. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it turns light hazelnut brown.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in garlic, thyme, and lemon juice.
  6. Combine the roasted mushrooms with the sauce, tossing well to coat, and serve immediately.
