Preheat Oven

- Set up three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one with coarsely crushed pretzels.
Coat the Chicken
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the egg mixture, and then press it into the crushed pretzels. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Bake the Chicken
- Place coated chicken on the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
Prepare Mustard-Cheddar Sauce
- Combine shredded cheddar, milk, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over low heat, whisking until smooth.
