  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil. Add the lean ground beef, and season with salt and pepper as it browns for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the coarsely chopped pepperoni along with the pre-mixed seasoning. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until thick.
  5. Lay out your wraps, divide the filling mixture onto each wrap, and sprinkle low-fat mozzarella cheese on top. Roll the wraps tightly.
